Returns Policy
1) Cancellation of Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the wedding flip flops by contacting us by email - [email protected].
If the item(s) have not been dispatched then we will cancel the order and we will refund the full payment.
If the item(s) have been dispatched to you and we are unable to stop the delivery, you can refuse to sign for the delivery so that the item(s) are returned to us and we will refund the full value of the goods minus any delivery charges that have already incurred.
Alternatively, if you have already taken delivery please follow the procedure for returns in section 3 below.
2) Refund Policy
Our flip flop boxes usually arrive in perfect condition and every bride so far has been completely happy with the quality of the Heels Off wedding flip flops.
However, it is important to us that you are completely satisfied and if the Heels Off wedding flip flops do not meet your expectations and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases then we offer a full refund.
If any of the flip flops are faulty then we offer a completely free returns service and we are happy to offer a full refund or a replacement product.
3) Returns Instructions
i) Please contact us by email and let us know you would like to cancel and return your order - [email protected]
ii) We will provide you with a returns number and a delivery address so that you can return the flip flops to us. The flip flops and flip flop box must be returned unworn and unused in the original packaging and you must include your returns number and a copy of your invoice.
iii) On receipt of the returned flip flops, we will refund the full value of the goods minus any delivery charges that have already incurred. We will send you an email confirming the refund withing 5 working days of us receiving the returned flip flops.
